Berry Cups

Berry cups are a healthy and easy option for buffets or as part of a dessert platter. Simply fill muffin liners with berries and top with a complimentary dip. I mixed together plain Greek yogurt and hazelnut butter for a creamy, nutty option. Placing the dip on top makes it easy for people to take the whole thing at once and dip each berry in as they eat them.

Serves: 6
  • 3 cups mixed berries, washed and dried
  • 6 muffin liners
  • Hazelnut Yogurt Dip
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (or coconut or almond
  • 2 heaping tablespoons hazelnut butter
  • Optional: a drizzle of honey or maple syrup to make it sweeter but keep it natural
  • Optional: small pieces of fruit in a contrasting colour (I used small cookies cutters to make little mango stars)
  1. Lay the muffin liners out on a serving platter and fill them evenly with berries.
  2. Mix together the yogurt and hazelnut butter in a small bowl. Taste and adjust according to preference, adding a bit of sweetener if preferred.
  3. Use a piping bag or simply a spoon to place a dollop of the yogurt mixture onto each berry cup.
