Iced Coffee Cubes with 3-Minute Homemade Nut Milk
- Iced Coffee Cubes
- 4 cups strong coffee
- Nut Milk
- 2 cups cold water
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter (or any preferred nut butter)
- Optional: 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- Brew the coffee then pour it into an ice cube tray and put it in the freezer overnight.
- In the morning, place all the milk ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and frothy.
- Divide the ice into cups then pour the milk over and sip slowly.
