Peaches are stone fruits related to roses and they are full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Some medjool dates increase the sweetness, vanilla adds some fragrant flavour and almond milk brings it all together.

- 2 cups freshly frozen peaches (around 2 large)
- 1 cup plain almond milk
- 4 medjool dates, pitted
- ¼ vanilla bean (or a dash of pure vanilla extract)
