⅛ teaspoon cinnamon plus a dash to sprinkle on top
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the almond milk, date, vanilla and cinnamon in a blender and blend until the date is fully broken down and blended in. Pour into a bowl or mason jar and stir in the chia seeds. Refrigerate for 20 minutes, giving them a stir about 10 minutes in to ensure even consistency. Serve with the berries and a sprinkle of cinnamon. This will keep well in the fridge for 2-3 days.
