⅓ cup raw honey or maple syrup (or a combination of both)
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup dried apricots, chopped
¼ cup dried blueberries
1 egg white
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325°. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until evenly mixed. Lay out on a parchment lined baking sheet, close together and about 1 inch thick. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Let cool completely before breaking into clusters.
