Creamy Potato Tuna Salad

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 can tuna
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon regular mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Set up a double broiler and steam the potatoes for 7-8 minutes, until cooked through. Place them in a large bowl and stir in all the other ingredients. Serve warm or cold.
