Spring Detox Salad
- 3 cup kale, shredded
- 1½ cup sprouts
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced thinly
- 1 red bell pepper, julienned
- ΒΌ cup pumpkin seeds
- A dash or two of sea salt to taste
- Optional: 1 cup cooked brown basmati rice
- Dressing
- 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 avocado
- 1 pear
- Blend all the dressing ingredients together in a blender or using a hand held mixer then mix in with all the other ingredients in a large bowl.
