INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 kale leaves (around 2-3 cups), de-stemmed
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1½ cups coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 date
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Blend together the kale, mint and coconut water until the greens are fully broken down. Add in all the other ingredients and blend until fully mixed.
