Cinnamon Bun Granola

Serves: 6-8
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup buckwheat grouts (raw or roasted)
  • ⅛ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ½ cup maple syrup, grade no. 2
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ almond butter (raw or roasted)
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl and then spread out on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 300°, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure it browns evenly. Once cooked, leave it out to cool completely then store in a jar in the cupboard.
