Preheat oven to 400˚. Mix together the oil, 2 tablespoons of the maple syrup and cinnamon in a medium sized bowl then fold in the chickpeas and stir until fully coated. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and drizzle on the 2 remaining teaspoons of maple syrup, stir gently until they are all coated and serve immediately or let them cool and they will become more crunchy.
