INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
  • ΒΌ teaspoon ground cardamom seeds
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Blend all ingredients together, adding a few ice cubes if you want it extra cold and extra thick.
