Black and Blue Cardamom Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
- ΒΌ teaspoon ground cardamom seeds
- Blend all ingredients together, adding a few ice cubes if you want it extra cold and extra thick.
