½ cup bacon, cooked, cooled and chopped (about 5 regular size strips)
¼ cup green onion sliced
Dressing
1 tablespoon stone ground mustard
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon raw honey
1 tablespoon cold-pressed olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Combine the mustard, vinegar and honey in a medium sized bowl then slowly whisk in the oil. Now add in all the other ingredients and toss until the dressing is evenly distributed.
