½ cup plain raw cashews, chopped very finely (should be almost like flour with a few slightly larger pieces)
¼ cup dried pineapple, chopped very finely
2 tablespoons cashew butter
1 tablespoon cold-pressed coconut oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl until fully combined then form two tablespoons at a time into balls. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for a couple weeks or in the freezer for longer.
