INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 navel oranges, peeled and chopped
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and chopped
  • ¼-1/2 small beet, peeled and chopped
  • ½ tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled
  • Optional: dilute with sparkling water for a nonalcoholic spritzer
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Send each item through the juicer and drink immediately or store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to one day (it is fine for a few days but loses more and more nutrients over time).
