Strawberry Mango Smoothie
- 2 cups spinach
- 1½ cup coconut water (raw and unpasteurized is best if available)
- 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup very ripe mango, fresh or frozen
- 1 avocado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until fully broken down. If you use fresh fruit you can add it a handful of ice cubes to chill it.
