Strawberry Mango Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1½ cup coconut water (raw and unpasteurized is best if available)
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup very ripe mango, fresh or frozen
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until fully broken down. If you use fresh fruit you can add it a handful of ice cubes to chill it.
