  • 1½ cup coconut water (ideally raw and unpasteurized)
  • 1 frozen banana (peeled before frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Blend together and enjoy, it will be thick enough to eat with a spoon if desired.
