INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 cup puffed brown rice (or other puffed whole grain like quinoa)
  • 1 cup cashew nuts (unroasted and unsalted)
  • ½ cup almonds (unroasted and unsalted)
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Combine all the ingredients and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a few months. It can be stored in the pantry too but the refrigerator keeps the oils from the nuts and seeds more intact.
