Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl and then spread out on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 300°, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure it browns evenly. Once cooked, leave it out to cool completely then store in a jar in the cupboard.
I recommend it served with grilled or baked peaches or nectarines and a light drizzle of maple syrup.
