Raspberry Kefir Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 pint raspberries (around 2 cups)
  • ½ cup organic whole milk kefir
  • ½ cup water (or just enough to blend everything else)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Blend in a blender on high power until everything is broken down and completely mixed.
