Raspberry Kefir Smoothie
- 1 pint raspberries (around 2 cups)
- ½ cup organic whole milk kefir
- ½ cup water (or just enough to blend everything else)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon flax oil
- Blend in a blender on high power until everything is broken down and completely mixed.
