INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 dates
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 pinch allspice
  • optional: 1-2 cups spinach
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Blend until combined, if you use frozen fruit than you may not need to add any ice.
