Apple Cinnamon Green Smoothie
- 1 large apple, cored (or 2 small to medium)
- 1 cup unsweetened plain or vanilla almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 handful spinach
- ¼ cup oats
- 2-3 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Optional: a few dashes of ginger and a dash of nutmeg
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
