Apple Cinnamon Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 large apple, cored (or 2 small to medium)
  • 1 cup unsweetened plain or vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 handful spinach
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 2-3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: a few dashes of ginger and a dash of nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
