Skewer the cheese, basil and tomatoes on small toothpicks. Set up a large platter with a zigzag drizzle of balsamic reduction then place the skewers on top. Drizzle another thinner layer of balsamic along with a thin layer of olive oil and serve. The skewers could be assembled and then covered and refrigerated in advance but don't set up the balsamic and oil until ready to serve because refrigeration alters their consistency.
