1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any unsweetened nut milk)
⅓ cup chia seeds
2 medjool dates, pitted
2 tablespoons peanut powder
1 tablespoon raw cacao
Toppings
1 banana, sliced
1 small handful walnuts
DIRECTIONS:
Blend the almond milk, dates, peanut powder and cacao until smooth. Pour into a medium sized bowl and whisk in the chia seeds. Let plump up for at least 20 minutes, up to overnight, but give it another stir around 10-15 minutes in to make sure the seeds aren't clumping. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
Top with sliced banana and walnuts and serve.
