Blend the dates with a handheld mixer or food processor, or mash with the backside of a sturdy fork. Stir in the cacao, vanilla and cinnamon then fold in the nuts and mix until distributed evenly. Prepare to get messy: roll a spoonful of the mixture between your palm to form into balls. Store in the fridge for a few days or the freezer for a few weeks.
